Due to my property portfolio I am able to advertise properties simultaneously and thereby more successfully place tenants year round according to the requirements of both the tenants and the property owners. Prospective tenants know that I manage several properties and contact me if anyone they know requires accommodation. I attract tenants by using various communication media, including my own website www.rentaroom.org.nz , texting, Trade Me, social networking, the Lakes Weekly Bulletin, twelve notice boards in Queenstown and by maintaining a close relationship with local employers and job agencies.
